Ray brings 33 years of telecom experience to Fulton, beginning his career with Inter-Tel while attending Arizona State University. Ray started out as an installation technician and rose through the ranks to hold positions of Installation Manager, Service Manager and Operations Manager for Inter-Tel’s Phoenix office. In 1984, Ray was promoted to Phx Branch General Manager for Inter-Tel and assumed full sales and customer support responsibility for what would become Inter-Tel’s largest and most profitable office. He was promoted to Regional Vice President for Inter-Tel in 1988 and then Senior VP in 1994, with full sales and customer support responsibility for all of Inter-Tel’s Branch offices in the Western US. In 2004, he assumed responsibility for Inter-Tel’s National and Government Accounts group, and was promoted to President of Inter-Tel’s Business Information Systems Division in 2006. Inter-Tel was acquired by Mitel in 2007 where Ray held the position of President of Mitel Business Systems, the Division responsible for Mitel’s GNG (Government,National,Global) Accounts Group.
