To be scheduled with the clients and project manager:
End User training will cover all typical user functions, such as voice mail set up, transferring and conference calling. The groups will be set up according to the client's schedule.
Receptionist / back-up training will be performed with parties identified by the client as people who either answer all calls or will be used in a back-up position.
Administration training is usually performed with the smallest group of people. However this training is critical to the day to day operations of your phone system.
We will set this training up a couple of weeks after the system has been installed. We will not leave until you sign off on our survey forms that you are satisfied with our installation and training.
