- What are your hours?
- Fulton Communications' facility is
open Monday through Friday 8 AM
to 5 PM EST. We are available
for emergency services 24 hours
7 days a week.
- What are your service response policies?
- Our Service policy is simple; we
are here to serve the clients
24 hours 7 days a week. Our Service
department is available to create
work orders and dispatch technicians.
Remote programming is performed
within 24 hours, while on-site
visits are scheduled and completed
within 2 business days. Additional
work or moves are completed upon
the client's schedule. Once our
service work is completed each
client is then called back for
a satisfaction report.
- Do you offer leasing?
- Fulton Communications offers several
leasing options including Fair
Market Value, Dollar Buy Out,
and 10% Buy Out. Leasing terms
are flexible and allow our clients
to take ownership with very little
cost or risk.
- Will you place my orders with a service carrier
of my choice?
- Fulton Communications has created
liaison relationships with many
of the Local, and Long distance
service providers. We will act
as a consultant on your behalf
for placing orders and making
recommendations.
- What are the benefits of doing business with

We have vendor relationships with
over 5 different equipment manufacturers;
therefore when you meet with our
design teams they will be able
to customize and design a system
that best fits your business needs.
We never want our clients to feel
that they fit a system feature;
we want the features to benefit
the end user. We are always seeking
new technology for future system
generations, and being the type
of business we are, a dealership,
we can do just that.
- What is convergence?
- This is a communications method that
allows for businesses to merge their
voice communications as an application
with the business' LAN/WAN processes;
such as being able to perform
a screen pop on all incoming calls,
Web and video conferencing, inter-office
communications between sites as
