In 2006, Treadway became President/ CEO of Fulton Communications, which had an estimated $1.2 million in revenue. The estimated revenue for 2008 surpassed $7 million, gaining recognition by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as the 7th largest telecommunications provider in Atlanta. Treadway continues to utilize a managed service model in sales and operations. This model’s key differentiator is the ability to change to new technology at any time during the managed service term. According to Treadway, this allows the client to stay abreast of all technologies that become available to help them reduce cost and/or increase efficiencies in their business. To further his quest for efficiency, Treadway, with other members of Fulton Communications’ leadership, insists upon collaboration with his customers/clients to create solutions that enable them to measurably improve their business. “As a result, our customers are very informed with real time and historical information that help them benchmark against past performances as well as achieve present and future goals”, states Treadway.
